Scope and Contents

This series contains materials related to the actual event day, and includes invitations to participate; promotional materials; instructions for submitting and retrieving art; rules pamphlets; participant rosters; letters from the jurors; lists of scholarship winners; thank you notes from students; a scrapbook of CIO 1975; and awards. It also features news clippings from local papers and magazines that review the event and feature members of Designing Women.

Scope and Contents This subseries contains photographs, slides, photographic negatives, DVDs, and VHS of the Color It Orange annual juried art exhibition. Photographic subjects include set-up of the exhibition; student art; exhibition spaces and crowds; school groups arriving; the Tiffany and Co reception in South Coast Plaza; and various volunteers and Designing Women members.
